Role Overview We’re hiring a Creative Development Specialist who can execute and elevate our creative output across UGC ads, motion graphics, and static design. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance-first creatives and enjoys building content that converts.

What You’ll Be Responsible For Editing UGC-style videos for paid ads and social media Creating motion graphics for ad creatives and brand communication Designing static creatives (ads, thumbnails, social posts, carousels, etc.) Working with the growth and marketing team to develop creative concepts Iterating creatives based on performance data and trends Maintaining visual consistency across Bulba and client campaigns

Requirements Hands-on experience in video editing (UGC-style content preferred) Working knowledge of motion graphics Strong graphic design fundamentals Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc. Understanding of ad creatives for Meta & TikTok is a plus Ability to work on-site from our Bengaluru office, full-time
