About RenewU

RenewU is a women-only wellness initiative co-founded by Sameera Reddy and Ashwyn Barreto. Launched in April 2025, RenewU has grown into a 5,000+ member WhatsApp community and 22,000+ Instagram followers. We work across four pillars of women’s wellness: Feminine & Hormonal Health Mindful Eating & Metabolic Health Mental Wellness Movement & Physical Health We are currently building a long-term authority podcast featuring credible doctors and women’s health experts.

About the Role

We are hiring a Community Operations Intern to build and manage the operational engine behind our podcast and support the quality of our growing community. This is not: A hosting role A medical advisory role A pure editing role A generic social media internship

This is a structured operations, research, execution, and community stewardship role. You will work closely with the founders, external experts, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Guest & Episode Coordination Research and identify relevant doctors and experts Manage outreach and follow-ups Coordinate scheduling and calendars Prepare pre-recording briefing documents Maintain expert database Episode Preparation Draft research briefs Prepare structured question outlines (for founder review) Share notes with guests Finalise episode frameworks Production Management Coordinate recording logistics Ensure audio/video readiness Liaise with editors Track editing timelines Maintain publishing calendar Content Distribution Extract key clips Draft captions and YouTube descriptions Coordinate uploads across platforms Share episode highlights within the community Track performance metrics Community Oversight Monitor conversations across platforms Ensure adherence to community guidelines Flag misinformation or sensitive narratives Track recurring concerns and emerging themes Identify engaged members and potential leads Document valuable feedback for content planning Documentation & Analytics Track episode performance Maintain topic database Document audience insights Maintain structured observation notes

Who Should Apply

We are open to freshers or early-career professionals who are: Highly organised and process-oriented Strong in written communication Emotionally intelligent and community-aware Curious about women’s health & wellness Comfortable interacting with medical professionals Interested in long-form content and YouTube growth
