SENIOR IT ENGINEER
As a Senior IT Engineer – Infrastructure & Networking, you will oversee and provide hands-on support for the daily operation and reliability of corporate office and boutique IT systems. This role includes managing scheduled maintenance, responding to major incidents, leading infrastructure projects, and coordinating with vendors. You will maintain documentation, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and mentor junior staff to ensure secure and efficient IT operations across all locations.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
Supervise and provide hands-on support, maintenance, and reliability of corporate office and boutique network, servers, and infrastructure systems.
Coordinate and do schedule maintenance, upgrades, and patch management for all devices and IT systems.
Act as the escalation point for major infrastructure issues; coordinate incident response and communicate timely resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
Manage relationships with infrastructure vendors, including hardware, networking and telco.
Plan and coordinate infrastructure projects such as new store openings, system upgrades, and migrations.
Lead POS installation and deployment projects/support across multiple locations.
Participate in global/regional infrastructure knowledge exchanges programs adopt best practices from other countries/markets and ensure timely
Maintain up-to-date documentation of infrastructure assets, network diagrams, and SOPs
Communicate planned maintenance, outages, and infrastructure changes to business users and stakeholders; provide timely updates and post-incident reports.
Ensure proper management of asset tagging, alert, backup line readiness and ISP coordination,
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Bachelor or Master of Technologies (Computer Science, or Information Technology)
10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, preferably in retail or multi-site environments.
Technology: Strong expertise in M365, MECM, Microsoft operating systems and servers, Multifactor identification technologies, POS installation/deployment, iPhone - Intune - Apple Business management, ServiceNow and Network
Experience of managing IT infra projects,
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to work with global teams, SI partners, and diverse business teams
