We're Hiring: IT Project Manager – Vendor & Enterprise Integration
Location: Wadala, Mumbai
Department: Information Technology / Enterprise Systems
CTC: Up to ₹15 Lakh per annum (commensurate with experience)
We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead enterprise software implementations, system integrations, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
This role is not about hands-on coding—it's about being the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and external software vendors, ensuring seamless system integration, data flow, and business enablement across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management & Delivery
- Act as the single point of contact for external software vendors and solution providers
- Manage end-to-end delivery: requirement gathering, development coordination, UAT, and go-live
- Track vendor performance against SLAs, contracts, timelines, and ticketing systems
- Lead scope discussions, negotiations, and issue resolution with vendors
System Integration & Architecture
- Oversee integration of heterogeneous systems such as ERP (SQL Server–based), CRM, HRMS, Asset Management, E-commerce platforms, and mobile applications
- Define and govern integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and data synchronization mechanisms
- Troubleshoot complex data flow and data integrity issues
- Transform business data into meaningful dashboards and insights
- Evaluate new tools/software for ecosystem compatibility
Stakeholder Management & Business Enablement
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, Sales, Operations, etc.) to understand requirements and pain points
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for vendors
- Manage expectations on scope, timelines, budget, and functionality
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions deliver real business value
Infrastructure & Operations Oversight
- Coordinate with cloud/on-prem infrastructure teams (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
- Monitor system uptime, performance, and server health
- Plan upgrades, patches, and maintenance with minimal business disruption
ISO & Process Governance
- Define departmental quality objectives
- Create and maintain process checklists
- Monitor adherence to defined IT processes and audit requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- BE / BTech (Computer Science / IT) or MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science)
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in programming, enterprise systems, and managing large-scale IT projects
- Strong background in vendor-led software implementations and integrations
Technical Skills
- System Integration: APIs, middleware, data mapping across ERP, CRM, HRMS, and third-party systems
- Infrastructure: Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and server monitoring tools
- SDLC: Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong conflict resolution and vendor negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
Nice to Have
- PMP / Agile certification
- Experience with middleware platforms
- ITIL certification
- Industry experience in Manufacturing / FMCG (preferred)
