Psychologist

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to lead and manage mindset development work within a structured coaching environment. This role focuses on conducting 1:1 sessions with clients to address emotional blocks, past experiences, trauma patterns, and behavioral challenges using neuro-programming approaches and cognitive exercises that support personal growth and internal stability. The position is execution-focused and operates outside long-term clinical therapy models.

Key Responsibilities ● Conduct

1:1 client sessions ● Lead and manage the overall mindset development process within the program ● Work with clients to identify and address: ○ Trauma patterns and emotional blocks ○ Negative thought loops ○ Behavioral limitations affecting progress ● Guide clients through structured neuro-programming tools and cognitive exercises ● Support emotional processing and psychological strengthening ● Collaborate with program leadership on client progress direction ● Maintain session documentation

Experience Required ● 1-2

years of hands-on experience working directly with clients (post qualification) ● Experience handling adult emotional or behavioral challenges ● Practical application of structured psychological techniques

Qualifications ● Master’s Degree in Psychology (Clinical / Counseling / Applied Psychology)
