Role Purpose
At Delta Electronics, our purpose is to enable a sustainable, energy-efficient, and digitally connected future.
The Senior Brand Manager will be the custodian and growth driver of the Delta brand in India, responsible for long-term brand equity building (Schneider style) while ensuring strong market relevance, GTM alignment, and business impact (Vertiv style).
This role bridges global brand strategy and local market execution, strengthening Delta’s leadership across Data Centers, Power Electronics, Industrial Automation, EV Charging, and Energy Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy, Architecture & Governance
Own and execute Delta Electronics’ India brand strategy, aligned with global brand architecture and governance frameworks
Act as the brand guardian, ensuring consistency across visual identity, tone of voice, messaging, and customer experience
Localize global campaigns and narratives for Indian market relevance without compromising brand integrity
Drive internal brand understanding and adoption across sales, product, channel, and leadership teams
2. Brand Positioning & Market Differentiation
Strengthen Delta’s positioning as a trusted, technology-led, and sustainability-driven solutions partner
Define clear brand positioning and value propositions across:
Data center power, cooling, and infrastructure
Industrial automation and smart manufacturing
EV charging and e-mobility
Energy efficiency and power electronics
Translate complex engineering and technology capabilities into customer-centric, outcome-driven brand narratives
3. Integrated Brand Campaigns & GTM Alignment
Lead integrated brand and visibility campaigns across digital, PR, events, partners, and owned channels
Align brand initiatives with go-to-market priorities, key verticals, and strategic accounts
Balance long-term brand building with near-term business and pipeline influence
Support major product launches and solution GTMs with strong brand storytelling
4. Thought Leadership & Sustainability Storytelling
Own Delta India’s thought leadership agenda around:
Energy efficiency and decarbonization
Sustainability and ESG
Digital infrastructure, resilience, and Industry 4.0
Develop executive positioning, keynote narratives, white papers, case studies, and industry viewpoints
Position Delta leadership as credible voices in India’s energy transition and digital growth story
5. PR, Events & Industry Presence
Lead Delta’s brand presence at industry forums, trade fairs, customer events, and partner summits
Manage PR agencies for media relations, press releases, leadership interviews, and reputation management
Strengthening engagement with industry bodies, consultants, EPCs, system integrators, and ecosystem partners
Support crisis communication and brand risk mitigation in alignment with corporate communications
6. Stakeholder, Team & Global Collaboration
Act as a brand advisor to senior leadership and business heads
Partner closely with global brand and regional marketing teams for alignment and best-practice sharing
Manage, mentor, and develop brand and marketing team members
Lead agency ecosystem (creative, digital, PR, research) with strong governance and ROI discipline
7. Brand Analytics & Performance Management
Define and track brand health and effectiveness KPIs, including:
Brand awareness, consideration, and preference
Share of voice and brand perception
Campaign effectiveness and engagement
Use insights and market research to continuously refine brand positioning and messaging
Present brand performance dashboards and strategic recommendations to leadership
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
MBA or equivalent preferred
8–15 years of experience in brand or marketing roles within:
Power electronics / energy management
Data centers / critical digital infrastructure
Industrial automation / technology-led B2B organizations
Strong experience in global, matrixed MNC environments
Proven ability to balance strategy, governance, and execution
