Senior Program Manager - EdTech

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs across global markets. This role will drive strategic initiatives spanning product launches, university partnerships, learner experience, operations, and international expansion.

The ideal candidate brings strong program management rigor, stakeholder management across geographies, and experience in scaling complex initiatives within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of strategic programs across global education markets - Work closely with Product, Tech, Admissions, Partnerships, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery - Drive planning, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication - Own program metrics including revenue, learner outcomes, timelines, and operational efficiency - Coordinate with international partners and universities to ensure program alignment and execution excellence - Identify process gaps and build scalable systems and frameworks - Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring quality and on-time delivery

What We’re Looking For

- 6–8 years of experience in Program Management / Strategy / Operations roles - Experience in EdTech, Global Education, Consumer Tech, or high-growth startups preferred - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Proven ability to manage cross-functional and international stakeholders
