We're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric professionals to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions. As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be the voice of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries via email/chat
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
Meet performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience
Continuously learn and improve product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
10+2 or Graduate degree in any discipline
Not pursuing any full-time course
Freshers and experienced candidates welcome
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends

Competitive salary: ₹25,000 - ₹28,000 CTC per month
Cab facility for females (9pm-6am)
5.5 working days, with weekly off
