Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic engineer to support
technology development, system integration, installation, and field deployment
of advanced automation solutions. The role requires strong cross-disciplinary expertise and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges. A willingness to travel is essential.
Key focus areas include
automation of manufacturing lines through PLC and robotics integration
and leveraging multi-domain knowledge to drive innovation.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, integrate, and validate
mechatronic systems
for new technology initiatives
Support
installation, commissioning, and field deployment
of automated systems
Program, configure, and troubleshoot
industrial robots and collaborative robots (cobots)
Perform
multi-domain debugging
across mechanical, electrical, electronics, and software systems
Collaborate with
R&D, manufacturing, and field operations teams
Prepare
technical documentation, SOPs, installation guides, and project handover materials
Contribute to
system optimization, reliability improvements, and continuous enhancement
of deployed solutions
Program and integrate
PLCs, robotics, and control systems
to automate manufacturing lines
Must-Have Skills
Mechanical
Strong understanding of
machine elements, mechanisms, and tolerance stack-ups
Proficiency in interpreting
CAD models, assemblies, and GD&T principles
Familiarity with
actuators, motors, pneumatics, and mechanical subsystems
Electrical & Electronics
Ability to read and interpret
electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Hands-on experience with
industrial wiring, sensors, actuators, motor drives, and control panels
Working knowledge of
analog/digital electronics
and basic PCB-level debugging
Programming, Controls & Robotics
Practical experience with
PLCs and associated programming tools
Hands-on programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of
industrial robots and cobots
Exposure to
robot motion control, safety configurations, end-effector integration, and communication interfaces
(EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
Ability to integrate
PLCs, robotics, and control systems
for manufacturing automation
