Role-SAP Concur Support Analyst

Location- India -Remote

Experience-

- 7+ years experience - This is a hybrid functional + integration + coordination role.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive SAP Concur Support Analyst to manage, enhance, and support SAP Concur and the integration between SAP Concur and Oracle E‐Business Suite (EBS). This role acts as the central coordinator across business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless operation of travel and expense processes, data interfaces, and ongoing enhancements.

In addition to Concur and Oracle EBS, this role will also provide support for other Client off‐the‐shelf (COTS) applications. Full training will be provided for these additional systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong functional understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, cross‐functional work pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Business Engagement & Requirements Management

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand functional needs, pain points, and enhancement requests related to SAP Concur, Oracle EBS, and other supported COTS applications. - Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams and vendors. - Provide subject‐matter expertise on travel and expense processes, interface behavior, and data flows.

Technical Coordination & Issue Resolution

- Collaborate with interface developers, DBAs, network engineers, cybersecurity teams, and other technical groups to troubleshoot issues and deliver enhancements. - Coordinate with SAP Concur, Oracle, and other application vendors to implement new requirements, resolve defects, and manage system updates. - Validate interface changes, perform functional testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Interface & System Support

- Monitor daily interface jobs between Concur and Oracle EBS, ensuring timely and accurate data flow. - Investigate and resolve interface failures, data discrepancies, and integration issues. - Support additional Client off‐the‐shelf applications, applying training provided to troubleshoot issues, assist users, and coordinate enhancements. - Maintain documentation for interface logic, data mappings, configurations, and support procedures.

Project & Work Pipeline Management

- Manage the pipeline of enhancements, defects, and operational tasks across Concur, Oracle EBS, and other supported applications. - Track progress of all in‐flight work, provide regular status updates, and escalate risks or blockers as needed. - Coordinate cross‐functional activities to ensure timely delivery of changes and fixes. - Support planning and execution of system upgrades, patching cycles, and new feature rollouts.

Vendor & Stakeholder Communication

- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and SAP Concur/Oracle support, as well as other application vendors. - Facilitate meetings, workshops, and technical discussions to drive alignment and decision‐making. - Ensure all parties have clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong functional knowledge of SAP Concur (Expense, Travel), Familiar with format of files used to transfer information into Concur (Employees, Lists), and to extract the accounting extracts (SAE). - Basic functional knowledge of Oracle EBS – PA module. - Experience supporting or managing integrations between enterprise systems. - Ability to understand data flows, interface logic, and basic troubleshooting of integration issues. - Prior involvement in system upgrades, migrations, or large‐scale enhancement projects. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences. - Proven experience coordinating cross‐functional teams and managing multiple concurrent workstreams or project management experience. - Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities. - Experience working with vendors and external support teams. - Willingness to learn and support additional off‐the‐shelf applications (training provided). - Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management) is a plus. - Understanding of networking, security, and authentication concepts as they relate to SaaS integrations.
