Key Responsibilities: Identify, recruit, and onboard international affiliates and partners Build and maintain strong relationships with global partners Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements Analyze market trends and competitor activities in international regions Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive global growth

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Must have 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing (international exposure) Strong negotiation and communication skills Analytical mindset with knowledge of affiliate tracking tools Ability to manage multiple markets and time zones
