About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3–5 years of experience in building high-performance, scalable, and cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, state management, API integration, and app architecture.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Implement responsive UI/UX designs from Figma/Adobe XD. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Manage state using Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, or similar frameworks. Optimize application performance and ensure smooth animations. Work closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers. Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance. Publish apps on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Write unit, widget, and integration tests.

Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in mobile application development. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart. Strong understanding of mobile app architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture). Experience with state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, GetX, etc.). Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON parsing, and async programming. Experience integrating third-party libraries and SDKs. Understanding of version control systems (Git). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics). Good understanding of app lifecycle and performance optimization.

Good to Have Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift). Knowledge of GraphQL. Experience with payment gateway integration. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology. Experience with unit testing and TDD.
