Role Description We are seeking a full-time

Digital Marketing Manager

to drive strategic marketing initiatives, foster growth opportunities, and enhance brand visibility. Based in Gurugram, this is an on-site role. The day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies, leading marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also requires identifying market trends, optimizing customer acquisition efforts, and aligning sales and marketing goals to maximize business impact.

This role is not limited to content posting or ad monitoring. You will be responsible for: Client communication and marketing alignment Monthly content planning and execution supervision Performance marketing oversight and optimization direction Cross functional coordination between designers, video editors and performance marketers Accountability for marketing KPIs You will be the single point of ownership for assigned accounts

Key Responsibilities Client Strategy and Communication Understand business objectives and revenue goals of each client Create structured monthly marketing plans and content calendars Lead review calls and performance discussions Present campaign insights and improvement strategies Translate client goals into actionable tasks for internal teams

Content Operations Management Plan content calendars across industries: Real Estate Logistics HR Book Publishing Clothing / Fashion 86 Agency branding Provide structured briefs to graphic designer and video editor Ensure brand consistency and content quality Approve creatives before publishing Monitor engagement and performance trends

Performance Marketing Oversights Align with performance marketer on campaign structure and KPIs Monitor Meta and Google Ads performance weekly Identify underperforming campaigns and propose optimization strategy Ensure CPL, ROAS, CTR and conversion metrics are improving Maintain client dashboards and performance trackers Ensure lead quality aligns with client sales expectations

Ownership Ensure deadlines are met Maintain structured workflows Proactively solve execution bottlenecks Take responsibility for performance results Improve processes where required This role requires decision making, not dependency.

Required Skills 3+ years experience in digital marketing or agency environment Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads metrics Ability to analyze campaign data and suggest improvements Experience coordinating with creative teams Strong client facing communication skills Organized and process driven

Preferred Background Agency experience handling 4 to 6 accounts Experience in real estate performance campaigns Experience in B2B industries Experience working with teams for lead quality feedback
