What We’re Looking For: We need rockstar recruiters with a relentless drive to succeed and a hunger for continuous learning. Here's what it takes to be a part of our journey: Outstanding Communication Skills : You’re a natural networker who can build relationships with ease and precision. Proven Experience : A minimum of 5 years supporting Fortune 500 hiring in the U.S. and at least 3 years as a direct vendor to Fortune 500 clients. Specialized Expertise : Mastery in recruiting W2 candidates who don’t require future sponsorship. IT Recruitment Pro : From sourcing to onboarding, you’re an expert in end-to-end IT recruiting for U.S.-based resources. Versatility in MSP/VMS Systems : You thrive in both MSP/VMS environments and direct client recruiting. Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with recruiting tools like Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, ZoomInfo, and more.
