Position Overview
The
HR Manager
will lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations for our Vadodara office. This role will be responsible for end-to-end HR management โ from recruitment and employee engagement to compliance and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in
BPO hiring ,
Indian labour laws , and
employee relations , with a strong ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Lead full-cycle recruitment for BPO and corporate positions.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee integration programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Design and execute engagement initiatives to enhance employee morale and retention.
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers for HR-related concerns and conflict resolution.
Performance Management & Development
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
Support leadership in developing employee growth and succession plans.
Facilitate training and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all local labour laws, statutory regulations, and government requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, Shops and Establishments Act, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintain and update HR policies in alignment with Indian legal frameworks and company standards.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Strategic HR Planning
Partner with management to align HR strategy with business needs.
Provide insights on workforce trends, talent analytics, and organizational planning.
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
5โ8 years of progressive HR experience , with at least
3 years in a managerial capacity .
Proven experience in
recruiting and managing BPO employees .
Strong understanding of
Indian labour laws, statutory compliances , and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR systems, MS Office, and HR analytics tools.
