Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely Match invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents Prepare and execute vendor payment runs Maintain vendor records and resolve payment discrepancies Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements Monitor aging reports and ensure timely settlements Support audits by providing required documentation Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–4 years of experience in accounts payable or finance operations Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite Knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial compliance requirements Ability to handle high-volume transactions Strong communication and problem-solving skills Benefits: Leave encashment Provident Fund
