About the Role: We are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Developer to join our fully remote engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on our platform, building and enhancing the user interface that empowers healthcare professionals. We're looking for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys crafting exceptional user experiences. You will be a key contributor in developing and maintaining the frontend of our healthcare platform. This role demands a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies, a passion for clean and efficient code, and a keen eye for design and usability. You should be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, distributed environment. In this role, you will work closely with the product manager and UI/UX designers to understand requirements and translate them into engaging and intuitive user interfaces.

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality, performant, and accessible user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Implement complex UI features using state management libraries like SWR and TanStack. Build and maintain forms using React Hook Form. Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our frontend development practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development. Be adaptable and able to collaborate effectively with team members in different time zones (US and India). Utilize Jira for project management and issue tracking. Manage code and collaborate with the team using GitHub.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in frontend software development. Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript. Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS for styling. Solid understanding of state management patterns and experience with libraries like SWR and TanStack. Experience with form management using React Hook Form. Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in an Agile environment. Experience with UI component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design). Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch). Experience using Jira and GitHub for project management and code collaboration. Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility best practices,
