Accounts Executive_GIFT CITY

We are looking for a

detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive

to join our growing team. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliances, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling accounting operations including

Forex transactions, SEZ unit accounting, GST and TDS compliances , and financial reporting in a fast-paced environment. Location:

Full-time Key Responsibilities

Recording and maintaining

day-to-day financial transactions and accounting records Managing

Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Handling

Forex transactions

and maintaining relevant documentation Managing

SEZ unit accounting

and related compliance requirements Handling

LUT transactions under GST

and maintaining export-related records Managing

statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings Filing

Income Tax Returns

and maintaining tax documentation Performing

bank and account reconciliations Assisting in preparation of

MIS reports and financial statements Identifying and applying

tax exemptions available to IT companies , wherever applicable Ensuring

accuracy of financial records and timely closure of accounts Qualifications & Skills

M.Com / B.Com / BBA / BBM

with

3–5 years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of

GST, TDS, and accounting principles Experience in

Forex transactions and SEZ accounting

will be preferred Strong proficiency in

MS Excel and accounting tools Excellent

analytical and problem-solving skills Strong

attention to detail and organizational skills Good

communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a team Preferred Experience

Understanding of

general business operations and financial processes Prior experience in

NBFC / Fintech / Start-ups / Consumer Tech environments
