Project Manager – Linguistic & AI Data Projects

Job Summary Macgence is looking for a

Project Manager with more than 5 years of experience

to manage projects related to

language data, data annotation, and AI model training . This role involves managing people, timelines, and quality while working closely with linguists, annotators, and AI teams using

Human-in-the-Loop (HITL)

processes.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end projects related to

linguistic data and data annotation . Plan project timelines, daily targets, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with

annotators, reviewers, linguists, and vendors . Ensure data quality through clear guidelines and regular quality checks. Work with AI/ML teams to support

model training and improvement using human feedback . Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues quickly. Share regular project updates with internal teams and clients. Maintain project documentation, SOPs, and reports.

Required Skills & Experience More than 5 years of experience

in project management, preferably in

linguistic, AI, or data annotation projects . Good understanding of

language data

(text or audio). Experience managing

large teams and tight deadlines . Basic understanding of

AI/ML model training and HITL workflows . Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage

multiple projects at the same time .

Preferred (Good to Have) Experience with

speech, NLP, or multilingual data projects . Familiarity with

data annotation tools . Experience working with

global clients or vendors .
