What is this role all about? As a Project Manager – AI Delivery, you will lead the end-to-end execution of cutting-edge AI projects for enterprise clients. You will be at the forefront of delivering LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI solutions that transform how customers engage with brands. Sounds interesting? Here’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role: ● You will own end-to-end delivery of AI and LLM-based projects including conversational AI, chatbots, and voicebots for enterprise clients. ● You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations, timelines, and outcomes across the project lifecycle. ● You will translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans, coordinating closely with product, engineering, and AI teams. ● You will leverage LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notebook LLM, and others to design, test, and optimize AI-driven solutions.

● You will ensure high-quality, on-time delivery while driving adoption and long-term success of AI implementations.

This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility. What does success look like in this role? You consistently deliver AI projects on time, exceed client expectations, and help enterprises unlock real business impact through scalable AI and automation. What would make you a good fit for this role? Here are the basic requirements: ● You have 6 – 12 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 1+ year in AI delivery. ● You have hands-on experience delivering AI projects such as LLM-based chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI solutions. ● You have strong customer handling skills, managing end-to-end project delivery in a client-facing environment. ● You have experience working in fast-paced startups, preferably in companies in AI/SaaS environments.

What are the most critical skills for this role? ● You are proficient in LLM tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notebook LLM, etc., and have actively used them in live projects. ● You excel at AI project execution, including scope management, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and delivery quality. ● You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to align business needs with technical solutions. ● You are highly organized and capable of driving multiple AI initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

You will have an advantage if you: ● You have followed traditional project management practices (Agile, Scrum, or similar frameworks). ● You have led or managed teams, mentoring project members and ensuring delivery excellence. ● You have worked on enterprise-scale AI deployments across industries. ● You bring exposure to pre-sales support, solution design, or product collaboration in AI-driven platforms.
