Job Description

Responsible for driving sales of EOT Cranes and related material handling solutions within the assigned territory. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets. The incumbent will work closely with engineering, project, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely execution of orders.

Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customers in industries such as manufacturing, steel, cement, power, warehouses, and heavy engineering. - Achieve assigned sales targets (order booking, revenue, and collection) for EOT cranes and related products. Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and MIS reports. - Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and territory performance reviews. - Participate in sales meetings, product training sessions, and exhibitions. - Conduct regular field visits to generate inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships. - Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the engineering team for technical feasibility and solution design. - Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders. - Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms within company guidelines. - Support customers during pre-order and post-order discussions.

Qualification: BE Mech / MBA

Experience: 6-8 Years (EOT Crane industry background will be prefered)

Required Skills:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to prepare and present technical and commercial proposals. - Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability. Good understanding of EOT cranes, hoists, material handling equipment, and basic mechanical concepts. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Knowledge of industrial sales processes and project-based selling. Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently in the field. - Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. - Good planning, time management, and follow-up skills.
