Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives. They will collaborate with department leaders to align HR strategies with company goals and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, the Manager will handle training development, benefits administration, and contribute to creating a supportive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and developing organizational workforce plans Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management Experience in Policy Development, Compliance, and HR & Employment Laws Knowledge in Training & Development, Employee Engagement, and Benefits Administration Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity and collaborate across teams Proficiency in common HR software and tools is advantageous Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus
