Job Summary:
Skills Outsource Think Pvt. Ltd. is an IT services and staffing company looking for an HR Recruitment Specialist with experience in IT recruitment and end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hiring environment while supporting basic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition :
Source and identify candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stage.
Post job openings and maintain candidate pipelines.
Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth interview coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
HR Operations :
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee engagement activities.
Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination.
Administration :
Assist with day-to-day office coordination.
Support basic administrative activities when required.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in
IT recruitment and HR operations
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and priorities efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment/HR tools.
Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance is an added advantage.
Preferred Background:
Experience working in startup or mid-sized companies with hands-on recruitment responsibilities will be preferred.
