Hiring: Key Accounts Manager – OEM (Lithium Battery Segment)
Locations: Indore (Madhya Pradesh)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Key Accounts Manager – OEM to drive growth in the Lithium battery segment. The ideal candidate will have strong OEM sales experience and abackground in the battery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key OEM accounts within the Lithium battery segment
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEM clients
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations, supply chain) to ensure seamless customer support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in OEM Sales (mandatory)
- Strong background in the Battery industry (mandatory)
- Experience in Lithium battery segment preferred
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen with a revenue-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel as required
