The

Performance Analytics Manager

will play a crucial role in our mission to optimize marketing strategies and ensure that data is utilized to its full potential. Your work will directly influence how our clients approach their marketing and growth efforts by providing them with the insights and analysis needed to make informed, actionable decisions. This role is important because: Data-Driven Decisions : You will be at the forefront of ensuring that our campaigns are continuously optimized based on key performance metrics and data insights. Driving Success : Your analysis will help improve campaign performance, identify opportunities for growth, and ultimately lead to more efficient marketing spend and higher returns. Strategic Impact : The insights you provide will help shape the direction of client marketing strategies, optimizing both customer acquisition and retention efforts. Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting Develop and implement data analysis strategies to assess the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, etc.). Generate

comprehensive reports

that provide actionable insights on campaign performance, KPIs, and areas for improvement. Analyze

customer behavior

and conversion metrics to help inform campaign strategies, ensuring that the marketing efforts align with client objectives. Performance Optimization Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to identify

performance gaps

and optimize campaigns for better results. Use data to test and refine strategies, making recommendations to improve the

customer journey

and

conversion rates . Track

ROI

and ensure that marketing spend is maximized through continuous campaign adjustments. Collaboration & Client Communication Collaborate with

internal teams , including account managers, creative strategists, and data scientists, to provide a holistic view of campaign performance and opportunities for optimization. Serve as the

primary point of contact

for clients regarding performance analytics, presenting findings and recommending strategic changes. Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to clients, helping them achieve their marketing goals through effective, informed decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience

in

data analysis

and

performance marketing

within the

e-commerce

industry. Strong knowledge of

Google Analytics ,

Google Tag Manager ,

Facebook Ads Manager , and other relevant

data analysis

and

advertising platforms . Expertise in

SQL ,

Excel , or other data manipulation and visualization tools to analyze and present performance data effectively. Excellent communication skills , with the ability to translate complex data into

clear, actionable insights

for both clients and internal teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of collaboration with cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience

(While not mandatory, these will be highly beneficial) Experience with

data visualization tools

(e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with

A/B testing

and

multi-channel attribution models . Advanced certifications in

Google Analytics

or

Facebook Blueprint . Knowledge of

customer lifecycle analysis

and

retention metrics
