*_ABOUT THE ROLE_*
The Centre Head holds full P&L responsibility and complete ownership of the Centreโs performance. This role drives business growth by developing and executing innovative marketing and sales strategies aligned to revenue and profitability goals. Combining strategic insight with hands-on execution, the Centre Head enhances brand visibility, leverages market trends and customer insights, and ensures the company's competitive edge while delivering on both short- and long-term objectives.
*_Roles & Responsibilities_*
โข Develops and executes centre strategic plans based on market opportunities, aligning short- and long-term business goals for the Experience Centre.
โข Leads the creation and implementation of high-impact sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth for Centre.
โข Oversees performance across Sales, Design, Operations, and New Product Development, ensuring alignment and execution toward planned objectives.
โข Drives superior customer engagement and satisfaction as a core pillar of business growth and brand promise.
โข Builds and leads high-performing teams by recruiting, developing, and mentoring talent; fosters a values-driven, high-accountability culture. โข Reviews the center performance to manage cost, optimize efficiency, and ensure consistent progress toward business achievements month on month.
โข Collaboration with company's Senior leadership to deliver the company's Brand promise in sustainable manner.
โข Provide leadership to centre that enables the team to engagement with customers, and stakeholders.
*The Ideal Candidate*
_*Experience_:
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in D2C Sales & Business Development
_*Educational Background & Requirements_:
โขPG/Masterโs degree in business, marketing, or related field
โขSales background in the Interior Industry will be added advantage
โข Demonstrated track record in achieving new business targets and continually demonstrating application in this key area.
โข Business/commercial acumen on pricing/contract issues.
โข Strong negotiation skills.
โข Skill and ability to adopt a โconsultativeโ approach to effect problem solving and to explore options which ensure potential within a client account is maximized.
โข Proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and collateral to support business development meetings โข Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build and strengthen relationships at all levels.
โข A track record of achieving and exceeding targeted business results/KPIs.
โข Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes
