Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on growing our presence in the AEC BIM market, particularly in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients in the AEC BIM industry - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure - Present and explain BIM solutions to clients - Use CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to manage leads and opportunities - Conduct market research and track industry trends - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project delivery

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales - Background in Mechanical Engineering or Architecture - Good understanding of BIM solutions - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Knowledge of the USA market is a plus
