Job Title: AGM / Sr. Manager โ€“ Corporate Sales (Online Degree Programs)

Organization: GLA University, Greater Noida Campus

Experience: Having a minimum of 08 to 10 years of proven experience in building and managing HR or corporate partnerships will be considered an added advantage with desired experience in B2B sales & enterprise level partnerships.

Role Overview:

Weโ€™re looking for a dynamic Corporate Sales professional who thrives on building relationships, driving strategic partnerships, and creating impactful business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with HR Leaders, L&D Heads, and CHROs across industries and a proven ability to position education solutions within the corporate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to onboard corporate clients for GLA Universityโ€™s Online Degree Programs. - Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with HR, L&D, and CHRO-level stakeholders. - Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term partnerships. - Present tailored learning solutions that align with organizationsโ€™ employee development and skilling needs. - Negotiate contracts and close high-value corporate deals to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of programs to corporate clients. - Represent GLA University at industry forums, HR summits, and corporate networking events.

Key Skills & Attributes:

- Proven experience in Corporate Sales / B2B Education Sales / HR Partnership Sales. - Strong network and working relationships with HR leaders and CHROs. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to align business goals with client needs. - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about higher education and professional development
