At Silicon Patterns, your SystemC models won't sit on a shelf — they'll drive performance decisions, early software bring-up, and product success.

What You'll Do

- Build high-speed SystemC/TLM models for CPUs, memory, interconnects, and SoC subsystems - Create virtual platforms used by firmware & OS teams before silicon exists - Partner directly with architects to explore design trade-offs - Enable HW/SW co-development and early validation - Improve simulation speed and model accuracy - Debug real system-level problems — not just waveforms

What We're Looking For

- 4–10 years of strong hands-on SystemC + C++ experience - Deep understanding of: - SoC architecture - Memory systems & interconnects - TLM 2.0 - Comfortable owning blocks end-to-end

Bonus Points
