Global Corporate Travel Executive - Pune
Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced
Global Corporate Travel Executives
with a strong travel agency background to manage end-to-end travel operations for our global workforce.
This role will be responsible for booking and coordinating domestic and international travel across multiple geographies, ensuring cost optimization, compliance with company travel policies, and seamless travel experience for employees and leadership teams.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a travel agency environment handling corporate accounts and managing high-volume, multi-country travel bookings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Travel Booking & Coordination
Manage end-to-end domestic and international flight bookings across Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Handle hotel reservations, ground transportation, visa coordination, and travel insurance.
Ensure optimal routing, cost efficiency, and adherence to travel budgets.
Manage urgent and last-minute bookings with high responsiveness.
2. Travel Policy Compliance & Cost Optimization
Ensure strict adherence to company travel policies.
Negotiate fares and corporate rates wherever applicable.
Monitor travel spend and identify opportunities for savings.
Maintain preferred airline and hotel vendor relationships.
3. Stakeholder Management
Work closely with HR, Finance, and Business Leaders across geographies.
Provide proactive travel advisories and itinerary updates.
Support senior leadership and executive travel requirements.
4. Travel Risk & Issue Management
Manage cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and emergency travel changes.
Track travel disruptions (weather, geopolitical, airline issues) and provide timely solutions.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and compliance records.
5. Systems & Reporting
Use global booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
Maintain accurate booking data and reporting dashboards.
Provide periodic travel expense and usage reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Turnaround Time (TAT) for booking requests
Travel cost optimization vs budget
Employee satisfaction scores
Policy compliance rate
Error-free ticketing percentage
Reduction in cancellation losses
Candidate Profile:
Education
Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)
Experience
5-8 years of experience in a travel agency handling corporate accounts
Proven experience in global flight ticketing and travel coordination
Strong knowledge of international fare rules, reissues, and refunds
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
Knowledge of global visa processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Behavioral Competencies
