Role Overview We are looking for an experienced

Non-IT Recruiter

with strong exposure to Sales, Retail, Customer Service, and Operations hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, including bulk and store-level hiring, in fast-paced business environments.

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Retail, Customer Service, and Operations roles Hire for positions such as Sales Executive, CRM Executive, Operations Executive, Customer Support, etc. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and walk-ins Conduct HR screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and regional stakeholders Handle offer negotiations, rollouts, and onboarding coordination Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure adherence to defined TAT Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and upcoming store hiring

Required Skills 3–6 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment Strong sourcing, screening, and bulk hiring capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Working knowledge of ATS tools and MS Excel Ability to work in a target-driven, high-volume hiring environment

Qualifications Graduate (MBA in HR preferred) Experience in Retail, Luxury, FMCG, or Consumer businesses is an added advantage

Employment Details This role is initially offered as a

6-month contractual position

. Based on performance and business needs, the contract may be

extended or converted into a full-time permanent role

with the client company.
