About the Role
Happy Place to Work® is seeking an
HR Coordinator
to support and coordinate the
CHRO 100 India – Most Admired CHROs
initiative.
This role is responsible for managing timelines, communication, and coordination across stakeholders involved in the program, including HR leaders, advisors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities of the CHRO 100 India program
Support communication with HR leaders, consultants, and partners
Track timelines, milestones, and program deliverables
Assist with documentation, reporting, and content coordination
Act as the local coordination point for the India program
Profile We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or HR operations
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Comfortable working with senior HR leaders
Clear written and verbal communication in English
Ability to work independently in a remote, international setup
