What You’ll Work On

Content & Brand Voice ·

Write compelling micro-copy across product screens, landing pages, and campaigns ·

Craft engaging content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Discord, and in-app notifications ·

Develop PsyPlay’s unique brand voice: playful, smart, strategic, and modern ·

Support content for feature launches, tournaments, and seasonal campaigns

Growth & User Acquisition ·

Experiment with acquisition channels: social, meme marketing, influencers, creator collabs ·

Run A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and user flows ·

Design and support referral loops and virality mechanisms for early traction ·

Explore SEO opportunities around board games, AI gaming, and game analysis

Community Building ·

Help run and grow the PsyPlay Discord & IG community ·

Organize micro-events: chess blitz nights, polls, Q&As, gameplay challenges ·

Capture user insights, stories, feedback → convert them into growth ideas

Data & Insights ·

Track growth metrics: DAU, retention, engagement, CAC, virality ·

Present weekly experiments, learnings, and recommendations ·

Identify drop-off points in the user journey and propose fixes

Product Collaboration ·

Test product features and identify UX friction points ·

Work closely with design & backend teams to align content with product behaviour ·

Suggest improvements in onboarding, copy, and user engagement loops

What We’re Looking For

·

Strong writing ability + a natural sense for storytelling ·

Creative mind comfortable experimenting with ideas, formats, and content styles ·

Basic understanding of analytics (Google Sheets, Notion, simple dashboards) ·

Proactive, curious, and unafraid to take ownership ·

Interest in gaming, internet culture, social media, and growth strategies ·

Experience in running Instagram/YouTube pages or communities ·

Comfort with basic design tools (Canva, Figma) ·

Passion for Chess, Ludo, or competitive gaming
