About the Role We’re looking for an

experienced Amazon Advertising Specialist

to join our

performance marketing team . You’ll be driving success across our UK & European product portfolios through

data-driven PPC strategies

and high-performing campaigns.

What You’ll Do Develop and execute

Amazon PPC strategies

across multiple marketplaces Conduct

market, competitor, and keyword research

to optimize campaigns Create, manage, and analyse

ad campaigns

for maximum ROI Deliver

detailed performance reports

for internal and client communications Collaborate with the

creative and brand management teams

on high-converting ad creatives Stay updated on

Amazon Advertising policies, beta features, and best practices

✅ What We’re Looking For 4+ years’

hands-on experience

managing Amazon Ads for large/enterprise accounts Proven track record improving

ROAS/ACoS, CTRs, and conversions Strong grasp of advertising metrics, retail readiness, and ranking algorithms Experience across UK/US and European Amazon marketplaces Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, keyword tools, and bulk operations Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights Excellent communication and reporting
