Job Description We are looking for an experienced

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant

with strong expertise in

SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Payroll . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, integration, and support of

EC to ECP payroll solutions

across multiple countries. Roles & Responsibilities Lead and support

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

implementations and support projects Configure

Employee Central (EC)

for payroll-relevant data (Job Info, Compensation Info, Pay Components, Event Reasons) Manage

EC → ECP data replication

and resolve replication errors Map

Pay Components to SAP Payroll Wage Types Work closely with SAP Payroll teams on: Infotypes Wage types Payroll schemas and PCRs (functional understanding) Support payroll activities such as: Payroll runs Retro calculations Payroll corrections Posting to Finance Handle

country-specific payroll requirements and statutory compliance Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders Prepare functional specifications and support UAT and go-live activities Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution Required Skills & Experience SuccessFactors Strong experience in

SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Good understanding of: EC data models (Corporate & Country-Specific) Business Rules Pay Components & Pay Component Groups Event Reasons Experience with

ECP integration and replication monitoring SAP Payroll Hands-on or strong functional exposure to

SAP HCM Payroll Knowledge of: Infotypes Wage types Payroll schemas & PCRs (at least functional level) Payroll control record Experience in

one or more country payrolls

(India / US / EMEA / APAC preferred)
