Compensation + Structure:
Internship (3 months): ₹20,000/month stipend + up to ₹40,000/month in commissions
Full-Time Conversion: ₹4 LPA fixed + ₹2 LPA variable (KPI-linked)
Additional performance commissions up to ₹4,00,000, then 3.5% uncapped

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns across
LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and Meta
Manage multiple live ad accounts with monthly budgets ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹6,00,000 per account
Run structured experiments including A/B testing, through-play optimisation and audience testing across platforms
Build and refine audiences including custom, lookalike, retargeting and intent-based segments
Maintain clean tracking across platforms, including UTMs, Pixel configuration, CAPI setup and Google tracking hygiene
Monitor daily performance and make data-backed optimisation decisions focused on efficiency and revenue impact
Prepare clear performance reports with insights, learnings and next actions
Collaborate on hooks, scripts and creative angles for static and video ads across channels
Stay updated on platform changes, attribution models, placements, bidding systems and policy guidelines
Work closely with founders, CXOs and internal teams to align expectations and business objectives
Maintain calm, structured execution while managing multiple priorities and evolving workflows
Contribute to improving processes, systems and performance marketing best practices as the team grows

We are now hiring a Performance Marketer who understands testing, measurement, structured experimentation, audience psychology and how paid media drives real business outcomes.
This role is not focused on vanity metrics or surface-level optimisation.
Elation is not a large agency with rigid structures, layered hierarchies, or perfectly defined processes.
We are a small, high-ownership team that is still building, refining and improving our systems, culture and way of working.

Skills + Qualifications:
Hands-on experience managing Meta/Google/LinkedIn ad campaigns with at least ₹5,00,000 annual spend
Strong understanding of campaign structures across Sales, Engagement, Lead Gen and Awareness
Ability to plan, launch and optimise performance campaigns independently
Knowledge of Pixel setup, CAPI and Aggregated Event Measurement
Strong analytical mindset with structured experimentation capability
Ability to build and refine audiences including custom, lookalike and retargeting
Experience collaborating on creative angles, hooks and scripts
Clear thinking, structured reporting and calm execution under pressure
Comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment
