Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Store Sales Incharge to independently manage our Exclusive AC Store. The candidate will be responsible for complete store operations, consultative sales, customer experience, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge in air conditioning systems and the ability to guide customers through solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Store Operations (Independent Handling)
Independently manage day-to-day store operations.
Ensure store opening & closing procedures are followed.
Maintain stock levels, display standards, and merchandising.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock replenishment.
Ensure store cleanliness and brand visibility standards.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Drive walk-in conversions and maximize ticket size.
Handle billing, quotations, and order processing.
Generate leads and follow up for closures.
3. Consultative Selling
Understand customer requirements (home, office, commercial spaces).
Suggest suitable AC models based on room size, tonnage, energy efficiency, and budget.
Explain technical features such as inverter technology, star ratings, cooling capacity, etc.
Provide complete solution including installation and after-sales support coordination.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain customer database for follow-ups and referrals.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain daily sales reports and MIS.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and billing processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
3–6 years of experience in AC, consumer durables, or appliance retail sales.
Experience in handling an exclusive brand store independently.
Strong understanding of air conditioning products and installation process.
