About The Role We are looking for an experienced

iOS Lead

to own and drive the development of our in-house iOS applications. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will architect, build, and scale high-performance mobile products while mentoring a growing iOS team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development of

native iOS applications

used by a large user base Define and drive

iOS architecture, coding standards, and best practices Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams Own app performance, stability, security, and scalability Review code, mentor iOS engineers, and support team growth Drive timely releases and continuous improvements Stay updated with the latest iOS trends, tools, and frameworks

Requirments 4–7 years of experience in

iOS development Strong proficiency in Swift

and

UIKit / SwiftUI Experience with iOS app architecture

(MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.) Hands-on experience with

REST APIs , third-party integrations, and SDKs Strong understanding of

Apple App Store guidelines and release processes Experience with performance optimization, debugging, and memory management Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

Leadership and Soft Skills: Experience leading or mentoring iOS developers Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a

fast-paced startup environment Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Ownership mindset with attention to product quality

Good To Have: Experience building

consumer-scale or B2C apps Exposure to analytics, crash reporting, and A/B testing tools Experience working in startups or product-based companies
