We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter / US IT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals who are interested in building a strong foundation in US IT recruitment and working with US IT candidates.

Key Responsibilities: • Source and recruit candidates for US-based IT roles • Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals for candidate sourcing • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews • Understand client requirements and match candidates accordingly • Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle • Maintain candidate relationships and provide timely follow-ups • Ensure proper documentation and compliance processes

Requirements: • 0–4 years of experience in US Staffing/ US IT recruitment • Basic understanding of US IT technologies and visa classifications (OPT/H1B) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Good organizational and follow-up skills
