Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tech Support Analyst – Associate to provide support for data and voice network environments, with a primary focus on network monitoring using SolarWinds.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Monitor and troubleshoot data and voice networks using SolarWinds - Support Broadband, MPLS, Ethernet, 4G backup, LEC/CER, CSU issues - Assist with Cisco Nexus routing & switching, Cisco VPN - Support F5 LTM, Load Balancing, ADC - Work with SD-WAN (Viptela), DNS, and Firewalls - Perform patching and basic maintenance activities - Assist in voice system configuration and administration (Avaya, CMS, NICE/WFM)

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in engineering and related field.
