About the Role
Simran Boparai Archtelier is looking for a
mature, experienced, and highly dependable Senior HR Manager
who can bring
stability, structure, and strong people management
to our growing luxury architecture and interior design studio.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR, takes full ownership of the team’s well-being, and can maintain discipline while fostering a positive and high-performance environment. You will be responsible for managing employees across all levels, ensuring smooth operations, and building a culture that aligns with our company’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Provide
strong leadership
in HR and act as the stabilizing force for the entire team.
Manage employees for their day-to-day needs, concerns, personal challenges, and overall well-being.
Take complete ownership of
discipline, behaviour, and staff conduct , ensuring a healthy work culture.
Build a
robust recruitment system
that filters out over-promised or under-skilled candidates.
Accurately identify talent that truly matches the company’s expectations, design quality, and pace.
Replace non-performing hires efficiently and maintain performance standards across teams.
Manage
end-to-end hiring , including screening, interviews, reference checks, and selection.
Ensure
seamless onboarding , induction, documentation, and HR compliance.
Drive performance reviews, KRAs, attendance, and accountability across all departments.
Be the point of contact for employees for any personal, professional, or HR-related assistance.
Support the leadership in organizational planning, team structuring, and culture building.
Strengthen HR processes to reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency.
Qualification and Requirements
5+ years of HR experience
preferred, but strong people management skills will be valued over degrees.
Maturity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to confidently handle staff of all behaviour types.
Strong understanding of employee psychology, conflict management, and real-time problem solving.
Experience in hiring for fast-paced or quality-driven environments (any industry).
Ability to evaluate candidates beyond resumes and identify real skill vs overselling.
Local candidate (Chandigarh / Tricity) with the ability to work on-site full time.
Excellent communication, empathy, and authority balanced with professionalism.
A passion for building teams, improving culture, and supporting long-term company growth.
