Role Overview
As a
Principal
Consultant
at FyndBridge, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing top-level executives across various industries. You will also be responsible for
lead generation and client acquisition , developing new business relationships, and expanding FyndBridgeโs client base. This role requires a proactive approach to networking, business development, and executive recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand FyndBridgeโs client portfolio.
Develop and implement strategic lead generation initiatives to attract potential clients.
Engage in outbound prospecting, networking, and market research to identify companies with executive hiring needs.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, CHROs, and senior executives.
Present FyndBridgeโs value proposition, services, and expertise to prospective clients.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Partner with clients to understand their leadership hiring needs, company culture, and business objectives.
Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and act as a trusted talent advisor.
Provide insights and market intelligence to clients regarding industry trends and talent availability.
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
Identify and engage with high-caliber executives through targeted search strategies, networking, and direct outreach.
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, leadership skills, and cultural fit.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline of executive-level professionals.
Search Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute customized search strategies using data-driven approaches.
Leverage industry research, competitor analysis, and market mapping to identify top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
Negotiation & Offer Management
Facilitate offer negotiations, ensuring alignment between candidate expectations and client requirements.
Provide guidance on compensation structures, benefits, and market trends.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience in
executive search, recruitment, business development, or sales , preferably in a retained search firm or agency setting.
Strong track record in
lead generation, client acquisition, and consultative sales .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple searches and business development efforts simultaneously.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and professional networking resources (LinkedIn, CRM, etc.).
