Product Roadmap : Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.
Geography : Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.
Partnerships : Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.

Confident in running structured calls, executive reviews, and presenting ROI/value.

About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead HR operations & Payroll to manage end-to-end Payroll, HR processes, ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, and support key HR initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with
Payroll ,
Onboarding, Induction, HRMS/HRIS management, payroll coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and exit formalities.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction processes, ensuring a smooth new-joiner experience and timely HRMS/HRIS setup.
Maintain and update employee data in Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People (hands-on experience preferred), ensuring accuracy across all HR systems.
Handle
payroll processing , including attendance, leave validation, and monthly payroll inputs in coordination with the finance team.
Execute and streamline HR policies, documentation, employee records, and compliance-related tasks.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, surveys, and communication to foster a positive workplace environment.
Lead complete exit formalities, including documentation, clearance, and coordination for F&F settlements.
Support overall HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and continuous process improvements.
Requirements :
Bachelorโs degree in HR or related field.
5+ years of Payroll & HR Ops experience with strong exposure to onboarding, induction, payroll inputs, HRMS/HRIS, engagement, and exit processes.
Practical experience with Keka, Darwinbox, or Zoho is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
