We’re now looking for a Digital Account Executive to join our growing team—someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of bridging the gap between clients and our creative, social media, media buying, and development teams.

Role Overview The Digital Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving escalations, and ensuring seamless campaign execution. This role involves handling 20+ client accounts simultaneously, delivering timely updates, coordinating with internal teams, and driving measurable marketing outcomes that ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Servicing & Communication Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and day-to-day communication. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Handle client escalations promptly and professionally. Manage 20+ client accounts while maintaining quality and consistency.

2. Campaign Management Plan, coordinate, and monitor digital marketing campaigns. Work closely with creative, media buying, and web development teams. Ensure timely delivery of campaigns within agreed budgets. Track performance and suggest ongoing optimizations.

3. Strategy & Planning Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with client objectives. Propose innovative solutions to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

4. Analytics & Reporting Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager. Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights. Present results and recommend data-driven improvements to clients.

5. Project Coordination Coordinate internal resources to meet deliverables and timelines. Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met. Assist in managing budgets, invoices, and resource allocation.

Requirements Experience in a digital marketing agency environment. Proven experience handling 20+ client accounts simultaneously. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads). Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills. Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and project management platforms. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
