Role Description

This is a Entry level full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in the Mohali district. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, implement and manage HR policies, maintain employee relations, and handle various aspects of human resources management. The role also involves supporting employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Experience in HR Management and HR Policies for overseeing and implementing effective human resources strategies - Strong skills in HR Operations and Employee Relations with the ability to address workplace concerns and support employee satisfaction - Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the domain of Human Resources (HR) - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards is an advantage - Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus
