Job Title: Project Lead – Civil Job Description Summary The Project Lead will oversee end‑to‑end execution, coordination, and delivery of a luxury 5‑star hotel project, ensuring design alignment, quality standards, stakeholder coordination, and timely completion. The role requires strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary interfaces within a challenging hill‑terrain environment.

Job Description About the Role Lead complete project execution from finishing to handover, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality benchmarks, and timeline commitments. Prepare and monitor project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and progress dashboards. Coordinate with civil, MEP, interior, façade, and landscape teams to drive aligned execution. Manage consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery. Oversee project budgets, cost control, resource allocation, and contractual compliance. Conduct regular site reviews, quality inspections, and risk assessments to mitigate delays. Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols. Present project updates to senior management, architects, and client stakeholders. Drive timely closure of snag lists and all finishing‑related activities.

About You (Key Selection Criteria) Strong leadership, decision‑making, and team‑management capabilities. Expertise in finishing works, luxury hospitality standards, MEP coordination, and high‑end interior execution. Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and project reporting tools. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. Prior experience in hill‑terrain projects or hospitality developments is an added advantage.
