Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale digital transformation programs. Manage cross-functional teams and multiple project streams. Ensure program delivery within scope, time, and budget. Align technology initiatives with business strategy. Report to executive leadership and manage governance frameworks.

Requirements 8+ years of program/project management experience. Proven track record in digital transformation programs. Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
