Role Summary

The HR & Admin Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations and office administration activities at the Head Office, ensuring smooth people management, compliance, and workplace operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment coordination (JD sharing, interview scheduling, follow-ups) - Manage employee onboarding & exit formalities - Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management - Support payroll coordination and HR compliance - Assist in performance reviews and employee engagement activities

Admin Responsibilities

- Manage office administration and day-to-day operations - Coordinate with vendors for office supplies & services - Handle travel, accommodation, and logistics coordination - Maintain asset & inventory records - Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of HR processes & labor compliance - Good communication and coordination skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Educational Qualification

- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
