Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant, based in Delhi, India. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring budgets, maintaining financial records, and assisting with audits. Collaboration with various departments to ensure accurate financial processes is also an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting - Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheet tools, and MS Office applications - Attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage tax-related tasks and ensure regulatory compliance - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various teams - Prior work experience in a similar role, particularly in the hardware or related industries, is an advantage - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or equivalent are a plus
