Retention Manager

to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and repeat purchases through strategic

email and WhatsApp marketing .

1-3 years in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing (preferably in D2C beauty, skincare, or wellness brands) Employment Type:

Key Responsibilities:

Retention Strategy:

Develop and execute data-driven email & WhatsApp campaigns to drive repeat purchases, increase LTV, and reduce churn. Campaign Execution:

Plan, create, and optimise automated flows, including welcome series, replenishment reminders, win-back campaigns, and VIP programs. Segmentation & Personalisation:

Leverage customer insights to segment audiences and deliver highly personalised content. A/B Testing & Optimisation:

Continuously test subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and content to maximise open rates, CTRs, and conversions. WhatsApp Automation:

Build conversational, high-converting WhatsApp flows for customer engagement, feedback, and support. Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor key performance metrics, analyse trends, and generate insights to improve retention strategies. Collaboration:

Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand-aligned communication. Compliance & Best Practices:

Ensure adherence to data privacy laws (GDPR, TCPA) and best practices for email & WhatsApp marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-3 years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (beauty/D2C experience is a plus). Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar CRM tools. Strong understanding of WhatsApp marketing tools like Interakt, Wati, or Zoko. Proven ability to craft compelling, high-converting email & WhatsApp content. Data-driven mindset with expertise in analysing customer behaviour and campaign performance. Knowledge of SMS & loyalty marketing is a plus.
